#1: HOW TO ORDER
- All prices quoted in our websited are in SGD.
- To order, please fill up the order form on our website with all required information. Orders with incomplete information will be ignored.
- All sales will be made on an first-come-first-serve basis.
- Upon receiving the order form, a confirmation invoice with payment details will be sent to your email in 48 hours' time
- An order will only be deemed as confirmed upon receival of the confirmation invoice.

*Upon receipt of the confirmation invoice, cancellations of orders regardless of any reasons will result in blacklisting.

#2: PAYMENT
- All payments have to be made within 24 hours of receipt of confirmation invoice.
- Option 1: DBS/POSB ATM Transfer
- Option 2: DBS/POSB I-banking
- For payments, we will require your ibank nick or a snapshot of your ATM receipt to verify your payment.
- Without these payment details, we would not be able to verify your payment. Hence, we reserve the right not to mail out the items.

#3: POSTAGE/DELIVERY
- All parcels will be customized accordingly and sent out within 3-5 working days upon receival of payment from buyer.
- Items will be sent out via Singpost normal mail by default to the indicated address stated in the Order Form
- Registered mailing is available at an additional $2.50 per article.
- We are not liable for any lost mails and strongly encourage all customers to opt for registered postage for ease of mind.
- Customers who have opted for registed postage will be provided with a tracking number.
- We will update you upon mailing of the tees and you should be able to receive it within 1-3 days time.
- Addresses will be checked to ensure the correct address is written.

#4: OTHERS
- As our products are all fully customized, all items sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- To avoid disappointment, please check measurements clearly when placing order.
- Refunds will only be given on a case-by-case basis if the items you ordered are out of stock.

By sending in your orders to us, it clearly means that you have agreed and acknowledged ALL of our Terms & Conditions.
